All tourists to Russia need a Tourist Visa Support letter. This is sometimes provided by your tour operator. Otherwise, CIBT can obtain the Tourist Visa Support letter on your behalf and CIBT will submit the letter with your visa application. There is a $125.00 fee for CIBT to obtain the letter from an authorized agent in Russia (this does not include the visa fees).
