Guide to Successfully Completing Your CIBTvisas Passport Service Order
Step 1
Download the Passport Application Kit specific to the passport service you need. Depending on the processing speed selected, you may need to call the CIBTvisas customer service number in your Passport Application Kit to schedule a passport submission appointment with the US Passport Agency.
Step 2
Gather all of the required documents outlined in your Passport Application Kit and complete all necessary forms.
Step 3
Send your completed passport application to the CIBTvisas location designated in your Passport Application Kit.
Photographs
Passport applications must include 1 color photograph of each applicant taken within the last 6 month. Passport photographs must be 2 x 2 inches (51 mm high x 51 mm wide) and comply with US Passport Agency standards. Poor and incorrect photographs are the biggest reason applications are rejected.
