Visa Notes for US and Canadian passport holders
- No Visas are needed for cruises to Mexico or the Caribbean and most destinations in Europe. The only destinations in Europe that may require a visa are Russia and Turkey. Click here to learn more about Russia and Turkey Entry Requirements.

- If you do not see your cruise or destination country you may be too early or your cruise line may be obtaining the visa on your behalf.

Cambodia Visa notes: With the exception of the below nationals, all guests are able to obtain a visa on board for a fee: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Iran, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sudan, Algeria, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.

Australia Visa notes : The Australia Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is temporarily only available via an APP on your mobile device, introduced by the Government of Australia. The APP can be found in Apple APP store, ANDROID, or where you normally find APPS for your device. CIBTvisas/VisaCentral will resume issuing of Australia ETAs as soon as we are able. While waiting for that to occur, here are some notes on the APP for Australia ETA:

Once you download the app be sure to have your passport with you when you start the evisa application process.

The App requires that the physical passport is scanned. The Passport Chip and Info Page scan line is read in real-time.

In addition to providing a scan of passport you will need to take a photo and answer a series of questions.

Cost is $20 paid on the APP. Fee is set by Australia government and subject to change.

APP validity is typically multi entry, one-year validity with stay of up to 3 months. Please note, visa validity is always at the discretion of the Consulate.

Typically, a visa is ordered about 90 days in advance of travel. Please return to this page as you approach your date of departure.
