Important Note: Visas Upon Arrival

Some countries may offer visa issuance upon arrival; CIBTvisas.com policy requires staff to obtain visas before departure. Failure to do so could result in delays or refusal of entry upon arrival. Travelers who choose not to obtain visas in advance do so at their own risk.

Important Note: Electronic Business Visas Available for the following countries, including India.

Option to obtain e-visa directly through government  website or if assistance with application is required CIBT can assist for a fee.

Important Note: Indian Visas

CIBTvisas.com recommends that employees traveling to India to execute projects and training under most circumstances apply for an Employment visa instead of a Business visa. Indian immigration requirements are under review by the Indian authorities and remain subject to change. An invitation letter issued on DBOI letterhead as well as additional documentation will be required to support Employment visa applications. A list of requirements is provided with the Indian Employment visa instructions.

Important Note: Cayman Visas

CIBTvisas.com personnel traveling to the Cayman Islands to do business must apply for, and be granted a work permit prior to arrival on the Island. Contact CIBTvisas.com HR International for work visa assistance. CIBTvisas.com personnel visiting the Cayman Islands for internal meetings, conferences, training, or personal vacation do not require a work permit. Staff visiting the Cayman Islands for business should always make sure the CCO is aware of their visit and its purpose well before arrival.

CIBTvisas.com requests that all applicants visiting China for business purposes must apply for the relevant business visa, not the tourist option.

Important Note: Russian Visas

CIBTvisas.com requests that all applicants visiting Russia for business purposes must apply for the relevant business visa, not the tourist option.

Important Note: Foreign Nationals Visiting Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia requires as part of the Enjaz registration that all applicants purchase a medical insurance policy provided by an authorized insurer. Please also include the Saudi Arabia Insurance Form found in the application kit. The fee for the policy is set by the Consulate at time of registration, and is based on the information requested on the form.
